06/15/26 Monday Night Raw: How Did Baltimore Set Up WWE’s Future?

WWE

This past Monday Night Raw took place at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. This episode continued the climax towards Night of Champions later this month, which in turn has massive implications for what goes down during SummerSlam in early August. Many storylines continued to build during this episode. Let’s go over what happened to see what we can expect in the coming weeks.

The Bloodline 2.0: Is It Already Over Right After It Started?

The Bloodline has never looked this scary. Led by World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, original members Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso were finally getting the respect and admiration they deserved from the ‘OTC’ they didn’t get from the champ the first go around. He called Jey the next King of the Ring Tournament winner and future WWE Champion, while saying Jimmy is the reason the Usos, the Bloodline, and even himself, as the ‘Tribal Chief,’ are where they are today. Jacob Fatu walked out with them, but he still refused to listen to or acknowledge his other cousins. While ‘Big Jim’ seems to be cordial with this sentiment out in the ring, this has continued to create a bigger rift between the ‘Samoan Werewolf’ and ‘Main Event Jey’ to the point they were arguing with one another in front of the ‘OTC’. The former United States Champion still only has loyalty towards Reigns, and the World Heavyweight Champion formally inducted his cousin into the Bloodline by gifting him a brown Ula Fala. Fatu’s savage attack on Eric Andre as they were about to leave showed that the Bloodline is more unhinged and dangerous than ever before. Will the cracks between Fatu and Jey crumble Reign’s new empire? Jey desperately wanted Fatu to acknowledge him and listen to him like the ‘OTC’, but it has yet to work out. The champ doesn’t seem to care as long as the ‘Samoan Werewolf’ listens to him. This might rub the former World Heavyweight Champion the wrong way, causing him to act more unhinged like Fatu without realizing it.

Reigns also addressed the backlash of why the Bloodline is coming back together now. The ‘OTC’ mentioned how the Bloodline has always had a presence since the Wild Samoans left their legacy in wrestling. The champ also mentioned Yokozuna, Rikishi, and Umaga, and that when he and the rest of the modern Bloodline get older and retire, their kids will continue their legacy as the next iteration of the Bloodline. Notice how one big name is missing in that list. Reigns didn’t mention The Rock at all, who is arguably the most famous wrestler of all time. This could slowly plant the seeds for the ‘Final Boss’ to return and confront the ‘Head of the Table’. The MFTs and Jey could see themselves defecting towards the most successful Anoa’i family member, but that remains to be seen. Backstage with the Usos, he said there can no longer be any infighting between them, since everyone else hates them. However, he whispered something in Fatu’s ear that only they know, excluding the Usos and the WWE Universe from what the ‘OTC’ wants the ‘Samoan Werewolf’ to focus on.

Later on in the episode, Lyra Valkyria had a talk with Raw general manager Adam Pierce, who seemed to have positive news for her tag team partner, Bayley. Shortly after that conversation, LA Knight came in heated after his loss in the King of the Ring Tournament this past Friday at the hands of Solo Sikoa. Knight still believes that the former enforcer of the original Bloodline is still in cahoots with his family despite the latter leading his own cousins in the MFTs. The Usos have been telling the ‘megastar’ repeatedly that’s not the case. Knight refuses to believe that narrative, calling out all members of the Bloodline as lap dogs for Reigns one way or another. Jimmy tried to play peacekeeper between Jey and Knight out in the ring. The former United States Champion threw ‘Big Jim’ off of him violently to assault ‘Main Event Jey’, and after a few chair shots to the twins, Fatu came out to make the save and put their nuisance in the Tongan Deathgrip to stop him. It’s clear that Knight is staying around the upper mid-card because of this feud. It seems like no matter how the story plays out, however, he’s likely going to lose to Reigns, Jey, or Fatu. Knight fans aren’t going to like how this story ends.

Sky Moves On; Judgement Day Is Slowly Breaking Up

One of the semifinal matchups for the Queen of the Ring Tournament took place after the opening segment. Iyo Sky defeated Raquel Rodriguez after landing her signature moonsault. Both women showcased their strengths; Sky was able to land acrobatic attacks and counter the powerhouse, and Rodriguez was able to catch the ‘Genius of the Sky’ from the air at times to counter the former Women’s Champion’s attacks. No one from the Judgement Day came out to help ‘Big Mami Cool’ the same way no one came out to helpRoxanne Perez during her qualifying match. This is important to note because fellow Judgement Day member and current AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio got help from JD McDonagh in his qualifying matchup to advance to the semifinals of the King of the Ring Tournament. It might not have been so helpful this time, though.

Chad Gable Continues His Redemption Arc & Witnesses Alpha Academy Near the End

The returning Chad Gable was preparing for his first Raw match as himself in over a year. Just before he came out, he saw former apprentice Maxxine Dupri talking with Vision member Austin Theory, revealing to the ‘Original El Grande Americano’ that Dupri is turning her back on the Alpha Academy. Their interaction was brief, and no words were spoken, but the former Women’s Intercontinental Champion saw something in her former mentor that made her second-guess herself with Theory. She didn’t seem to shrug the multi-time Tag Team Champion off, indicating he might have a chance to save her. Gable is currently on a quest to right the wrongs of his past, which includes abandoning the rest of the Alpha Academy; he has yet to interact with them since his unmasking.

Gable had a match against Rusev. The former United States Champion showcased his strength and wrestling ability with a lot of suplexes and holds on the ‘Bulgarian Brute’. While Rusev hit him hard with heavy kicks and punches, Gable continuously targeted Rusev’s ankle. He eventually hit the Angle Slam and forced Rusev to tap out in the Ankle Lock, but the victory celebration would be cut short when Ethan Page came into the ring and attacked him alongside Rusev until he was defenseless. Dragon Lee and Hall of FamerRey Mysterio would come out to make the save after Gable saved them the previous week. It seems that the luchadors of WWE have forgiven Gable, and he even has a path at the Intercontinental Championship, but he needs to make a stop with Alpha Academy before all is truly well.

Seth Rollins vs. Bron Breakker in a Steel Cage Match at Night of Champions

Seth Rollins had a recorded promo talking about how Bron Breakker and the new iteration of The Vision have ruined his career since turning their backs on him. Rollins talked about how he took Breakker under his wing to give him everything in the world of professional wrestling. ‘The Visionary’ also mentioned how they screwed him over last week in the King of the Ring Tournament qualifying match on his quest to regain the World Heavyweight Championship he never lost. Breakker would accept the challenge later on in the night. This is shaping up to have a massive payoff at SummerSlam in August, but who comes out on top? The Grand Slam Champion can afford to lose and give Breakker the push he deserves. Breakker could easily be pushed in a similar manner to Femi, but WWE has yet to pull the trigger on him. This would make more sense if Rollins hadn’t mentioned Reigns’s name so many times. If he were to lose against Breakker in the final matchup, the World Heavyweight Championship would be out of the picture for a long while.

Charlotte Flair Sustains a Right-Hand Injury Against Perez

Charlotte Flair would face Perez with Alexa Bliss and Morgan at ringside. Flair looked strong, chopping Perez at will. The ‘Prodigy’ would find an opening on the outside after dodging a Flair Chop, and the ‘Queen’ would chop the ringpost instead. This was a weakness Perez exploited for the rest of the match. Flair would try to use her right hand, but it was obvious that it was causing her a lot of pain. Over time, she started chopping with her left hand; while it may not have been as strong, it was surely effective. Both women would trade shots before the Women’s World Champion distracted the referee while ‘Roxy’ hit a pinning combination on the multi-time Women’s Champion. She would’ve had the match won if it weren’t for Morgan, furthering the belief that Judgement Day is going to break up sooner rather than later. Flair would later apply the Figure Eight to win the match. The hand is likely to be compromised in her semifinals match of the Queen of the Ring Tournament, and it’s likely that it’s going to ruin her chances of becoming Queen of the Ring in 2026 against Morgan.

Street Profits Save Je’Von Evans from a Vision Beating

New Raw superstar Je’Von Evans cut a promo about how he’s going to become the next King of the Ring after beating Jey and Femi. He was rudely interrupted by the Vision. Logan Paul did his best to recruit Evans into the Vision, but Evans responded with an emphatic “hell nah”. Theory and Paul demanded the ‘Young OG’ join them, but Evans responded by calling out a referee and taking off his pants to show his ring gear was underneath, ready for a fight. Evans would look strong in this bout. He looked like he was going to win before Breakker came out of nowhere and speared him in half while he was about to hit the OG Cutter. The former Intercontinental Champion was ready to break out a super Spear before the Street Profits came out to make the save, continuing their storied feud.

Danhausen’s Curse on ‘Dom Dom’ Is Still Active, and Oba Femi Cruises to the Finals

Shortly after the Queen of the Ring Semifinals match, Perez and Morgan were chatting backstage about their new plans for the tournaments. They went their separate ways, and Morgan was looking for one particular person. The champ was able to track down the lab of Danhausen. She assumed that she could convince New York’s new favorite wrestler to curse Oba Femi so that Mysterio could advance to the finals of the King of the Ring Tournament. She started by revealing her Danhausen t-shirt that she spent her own human monies on. She tried sweet-talking him before he listed off his demandhausens of a feature on her music video, a song dedicated to him on a future album, and lots of human monies. Morgan walked out of the lab before he could finish. An exclusive YouTube video revealed that ‘Dirty Dom’ and McDonagh went into Danhausen’s lab to get him to curse Femi. This is a near full circle moment since the Judgement Day introduced Danhausen into his Monday Night Raw debut, and he’s the reason why ‘Dom Dom’ lost the Intercontinental Title that same night. This time, they laid out $100,000 and asked if he could curse ‘The Ruler’, but New York’s new favorite wrestler refused the offer. Danhausen seems to have a deep respect for Femi, and it opens the door for them to have some sort of odd couple friendship between the two. Danhausen disappeared and took the money while the two members of the Judgement Day were in dismay at his rejection.

Mysterio and Femi walked out to have their match, and it was obvious from the get-go that ‘Dirty Dom’ was seriously overmatched. He constantly looked scared of ‘The Ruler’ and ran away from him. The AAA Mega Champion cheated every way he could, from loading his boot with the bellhammer and hitting a 619 with it to attempting to hit Femi clean in the head with it while the ref wasn’t looking, but nothing worked. McDonagh did everything in his power to help his stablemate, even interfering in the match when the referee wasn’t looking, but he instead came out to get a voluntary butt-whooping. Femi hit a Double Chokeslam on the two and easily won the match to advance to the finals of the King of the Ring Tournament. Danhausen has been the catalyst for the Judgement Day’s demise, and he could ultimately invoke the final act to break up the stable. ‘The Ruler’ would call out Brock Lesnar before the end of the show. All this talk from Femi since his defeat at Clash in Italy makes it inevitable for ‘The Beast’ to cost Femi the chance of becoming King of the Ring, setting up their rubber match at SummerSlam.
