Five AEW Stars Who Could Join WWE in 2026
Fans have been joking about “Khantanomo Bay,” a way to refer to how AEW sometimes keeps its stars off TV for various reasons. This has sparked speculation about which AEW wrestlers might switch to WWE in the future, especially by 2026. Many fans believe some talented wrestlers could find new opportunities or a fresh start in WWE. AEW has arguably the greatest roster in professional wrestling history, but they also have the most bloated. There is not enough space for everyone.
5. Kamille
Kamille was last seen on TV in October 2024. She is currently working on TV projects like American Gladiators, alongside Wardlow and other former WWE stars, with The Miz hosting. Kamille has not been active in wrestling recently, but her strong presence and wrestling background could make her a good fit for WWE if she chooses to return to the ring. Fans are curious if she will make a comeback and join WWE someday.
4. Deonna Purrazzo
Deonna Purrazzo signed with AEW as one of the biggest stars from TNA. When The Virtuosa became All Elite, she was set into a Women’s World Title feud with Toni Storm, and it turned out to be a decent feud. After she lost the feud, she technically fell into non-existence. She has publicly expressed frustration with the company, and fans believe she would fit well in NXT.
3. Private Party
Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy of Private Party were part of AEW’s very first Dynamite episode, but they did not do much for a while afterward. Things changed when they teamed up with the Hardy Boyz, which brought them more attention. After that team ended, Private Party finally won the AEW Tag Team Titles. However, after losing the titles, they have not been featured much on TV. If they decide to move to WWE, their high-flying style could make them a popular addition to WWE’s tag team scene.
2. Wardlow
Once MFJ’s bodyguard to practically becoming the enforcer of the Undisputed Kingdom, Wardlow has not been seen on AEW TV since his failed attempt to win the AEW World Championship from Samoa Joe in March of 2024. Albeit he has been dealing with an injury ever since he was kicked out of the Kingdom. Wardlow will be part of American Gladiators alongside Kamille, and fans wonder if this is just the start of his departure from AEW.
1. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D
Britt Baker has been absent from AEW TV since November 2024. She was involved in a feud with Serena Deeb, but during a segment to ignite the feud, where she looked into the camera and said “nobody cares,” made fans wonder about her future. Britt is AEW’s first female signing, and many believe she could be a big star if she joined WWE. The Doctor’s charisma and in-ring skills would make her a valuable asset in WWE’s women’s division.
