What’s Next for Cora Jade?
Ever since Cora Jade made her debut in NXT, she has won one NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship with Roxanne Perez, who has won multiple NXT Women’s Championships. During Cora's run in NXT, she has mostly been injured throughout her time in WWE. In 2024, she tore her ACL, which put her out of action for a whole year until she returned to the team with Perez. Jade is a very talented wrestler in the WWE, so when the company released her, a lot of fans were disappointed. A lot of her fans have supported her throughout her run in WWE. Many of her fans throughout her time in WWE thought that she was going to win the NXT Women’s Championship. However, other women’s wrestlers eventually caught up to her, like Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia, who have won the NXT Women’s Title.
So, what is next for Cora Jade? She could go to a company like TNA and be successful, or will she go to an independent wrestling company and try to reinvent herself like previous wrestlers in the past, or will she return to AEW, where she made her professional wrestling debut? Whatever company Cora joins, she will be a great addition to any promotion that decides to sign her because of her talent and her skill set. She is still young, only 24 years old, so any company will be looking to sign her. The question is, will Cora win any main card titles with these companies that will try to sign her? For her, a single title win will be important for her career as I could establish her to become one of the greats in wrestling.
Now that Cora has been released from the WWE, these options may be viable for her. She has the best opportunity to try and reinvent herself in many of these new companies that will try to sign her. She could potentially return to WWE as well after reinventing herself either in the Indies or one of these big companies that potentially could sign her. Furthermore, this could be a blessing in disguise for Cora Jade's career. She can look for more success in her career as she now has an opportunity to grow in a different company.
