2026 Dolphins Worth Drafting in Your Next Fantasy Draft
With the 2026 NFL season on the horizon, fans are set to enjoy another year of fantasy football. While the top-end picks are set to be universal across all fantasy leagues, those late-round picks are make-or-break for a winning or losing season. A lot of those late-round picks for a lot of fans are based on their own teams. So for Dolphins fans, or any fan looking for a little help in those later rounds, here are some players to look out for coming out of South Beach this season.
Surefire Picks from South Beach
When it comes to surefire picks for any fantasy league, there’s really one, maybe two players worth taking in a non-dynasty format. I’ll only talk about one player here, and that’s running back De’Von Achane. When you talk about no-brainers, he’s about as obvious a one as there can be, looking at the rest of the Dolphins' offensive roster for the season. Any sort of success for the Dolphins offensively this season will be through the former Aggie standout just as it was in 2025. Achane ranked fifth among running backs in points-per-reception format with over 1,800 total yards and 12 touchdowns. Even with new quarterback Malik Willis taking the reins this season, the Texas A&M product will have plenty of touches to replicate the production he had a season ago.
These Guys Could Be Make or Break
Outside of Achane, there’s no established talent - especially fantasy-wise - that makes up the skill positions for the Dolphins this season. Just because they’re not established, however, doesn’t mean that they won’t be a big piece of the offense for this season. Someone has to be on the receiving end of Willis’ passes, and it appears that rookie wide receiver Caleb Douglas has taken over as one of the leaders of the Dolphins’ wide receiver room. Alongside Douglas, Chris Bell could be a useful name to stash on the bench or injury list depending on where he’s designated to start the season. Bell was regarded as a potential first-round pick in this year's draft before suffering a torn ACL. We’ve yet to see how Bell will perform on the field with Willis and company, but reports of the Louisville product doing drills off to the side and head coach Jeff Hafley’s remarks on Bell potentially making his debut during the preseason could mean that the former Cardinal will be on the field sooner rather than later.
