Is a WWE 2024 Hall of Famer Secretly Working with 946?

WWE

946’s Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, Jaida Parker, and the recently returned former United States Champion Carmelo Hayes have been running havoc all over Monday Night Raw for the past couple of months. No one has been able to stop them. The Bloodline’s Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso have been planning attacks and defenses since the new faction’s debut, but nothing has really worked. 946 kidnapped Solo Sikoa and treated him so badly that the former United States Champion reluctantly decided to form an alliance with The Bloodline after Roman Reigns recovered him from the forest. Parker ran over Jacob Fatu a couple of weeks ago, taking him out of the picture entirely. It seems likely that someone is running events behind the scenes, with Keys leading the rest of the group to do the dirty work. Is there someone ordering 946 how to take over Raw to make a name for themselves?

The only name capable of a calculated takeover in this manner is none other than WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman. It makes a lot of sense with how the past few months have played out for Heyman. ‘The Advocate’ just saw Oba Femi retire Brock Lesnar back at SummerSlam. He’s been disappointed with the direction of The Vision’s Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Austin Theory, Logan Paul, and Maxxine Dupree. ‘The Oracle’ has specifically been upset with how obsessed Breakker and Reed are with Femi while not being able to take him out. Last week, he attempted to recruit ‘The Ruler’ as a “Paul Heyman Guy”, but Femi respectfully declined while warning the WWE Hall of Famer to never ask him to be a “Paul Heyman Guy”.

This alone gives Heyman every reason to find a way into the ears of 946. The WWE Hall of Famer has a knack for helping younger talent get over and helping those who need that mouthpiece to crack into the main event scene. Keys might not be the youngest member of 946, but he would greatly benefit from having ‘The Oracle’ be his group’s new mouthpiece. The 2026 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royale Winner wasn’t able to find any solid footing in the main event scene before forming 946. As the leader of the top heel faction of Raw, he’s solidified his spot in the red brand’s main event scene. Hayes could develop into a main event singles star if he’s paired with Heyman. OTM could be the tag team that Heyman finally gives extended success to. Heyman might have wanted 946 to start attacking The Bloodline due to his hatred of Reigns and his time as ‘The Wiseman’, where he was manipulated and gaslit into many situations that put him in a difficult position. The WWE Hall of Famer would get his ultimate revenge at WrestleMania 41 after turning on ‘The OTC’ and CM Punk to align with Seth Rollins and form the original iteration of The Vision. Heyman might be upset that Reigns is still walking around with a main event championship without him by his side.

This theory grows a lot stronger if 946 starts to turn their attention to Femi. Heyman was ready to give the world to ‘The Ruler’ and prepare the 2026 King of the Ring winner to take over WWE. Femi knew that he didn’t need Heyman the same way the WWE Hall of Famer needed him, and he ultimately turned down the Hall of Fame manager. This action is sure to push Heyman over the edge, or at the very least, look in a direction that looks the most promising long-term. ‘Paulie’ might begin to grow a fiery hatred for Femi again. In his eyes, if The Vision can’t deal with ‘The Ruler’, maybe 946 could. The WWE Hall of Famer is known to get his hands dirty; look back at his 2005 promo against former WCW CEO Eric Bischoff during their promo battle shortly before that year’s One Night Stand pay-per-view. The former head of ECW is willing to go all out in “gang warfare” against those he believes did him wrong. It might come as a complete surprise to ‘The Ruler’ and ‘The OTC’, possibly even bringing the two main eventers together to take care of the 946 problem. A feud of this magnitude would push the younger talent involved into the main event scene in a way we haven’t seen in a long time.
