Way Too Early 2026 Royal Rumble Winners Prediction
As WWE prepares for 2026, one of the major shows they will focus on is the start of the road to WrestleMania: the Royal Rumble. 30 men and 30 women will have the opportunity to compete in an over-the-top rope battle royale to earn an opportunity to challenge for the World Championship of their choosing in the main event of WrestleMania. Many superstars will make their claim to enter the rumble and look for a path on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Even though it’s still over a month before the Royal Rumble, here are the predictions on which superstars should win their respective Rumbles in Riyadh.
Men’s Royal Rumble
WWE could decide to give the win to a rising star such as Bron Breakker or an experienced competitor such as L.A. Knight, but one of the names that makes the most sense out of everyone is SmackDown’s Sami Zayn. “The Underdog from the Underground” has made waves on the main roster since being called up from NXT in 2015. From winning multiple Intercontinental Championships to main eventing WrestleMania 39 alongside his best friend and greatest rival, Kevin Owens, Zayn has accomplished many things in his career, except winning a world title. Although Zayn proclaimed he was no longer an underdog earlier this year, he has continued to be booked in the midcard scene. Rewarding Zayn with a Royal Rumble victory and a spot in the main event of WrestleMania 42 further puts him away from being a midcarder and continues his push to achieve the goal he made of becoming world champion soon. Zayn would also win in front of a Saudi Arabian crowd that has heavily cheered him on every time he shows up there. Zayn could potentially find himself in a feud with Cody Rhodes, a man with whom Zayn has had a lot of history with in regards to the amazing Bloodline story they told in 2023. Zayn might have his doubters, but his amazing career should be rewarded with a world title.
Women’s Royal Rumble
If there’s any female superstar who has a claim to win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania, it’s Liv Morgan. She has become a fan favorite over the past two years, ever since she turned heel and aligned herself with The Judgement Day. Once she held on to the Women’s World Championship, it elevated her to the number one heel in the Women’s Division. Her recent injury might have set her back a bit, but her return has made her a clear favorite to go after the top title once again. Morgan has already established herself as a main event we, but winning the Royal Rumble will put her at the top of the mountain with some of the best women in WWE history. If there was ever any woman to be rewarded for her character development and hard work, it’s Morgan.
