What Will Seattle Be Able to Do as Their Ranks Drop Left and Right?

NFL

As we approach the week 11 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams. There are a lot of players on the list this week, despite some of them having full participation. A couple of others have limited too little to no participation as of Wednesday’s practice. That means that the team isn’t without its rough spots, that's for sure. Though it doesn’t mean that these injured players despite having unspecified participation in Sunday’s game currently. It means that there could still be speedy recoveries on the horizon for them both, and those players that I will talk about are Jalen Sundell and Grey Zabel.

Jalen Sundell is a center position player for the Seahawks. Despite him being out with a knee injury and having little to no participation currently. It is unfortunately very much less than likely that he will be able to play this weekend in Los Angeles. Unless he can make a quick enough recovery to get back out on the field as fast as the injury had come to him. Grey Zabel has limited participation currently with a heel injury as a defensive guard. Though he is the only guard on the list currently, it isn’t that hard to find a possible substitute for him out on the field in Week 11 and possibly beyond. Whether or not this heel injury will stick is another story altogether. It is slightly close to how it was with last week’s report for injuries, where there were four wide receivers out at the same time.

I hope both Zebel and Sundell get more time on the field when they can. Sundell isn’t a rookie; he is in his second season with Seattle. Any missed playtime can hurt his record if it accumulates. Zebel is a rookie, drafted by Seattle for his first NFL season. Time away to heal will hurt his stats, just like it will for Sundell. Before their injuries, neither of these players acted like rookies. They tried to play at a high level and carry their weight with the rest of the Seahawks.
