Will ‘The Kabuki Warriors Interfere in the Women’s World Championship Match at WrestlePalooza?

WWE

The past few weeks on Monday Night Raw, Iyo Sky has been confronted on several occasions because of her other friendships around the Monday Night Raw women’s locker room by ‘The Kabuki Warriors’, Asuka and Kairi Sane. It’s been mainly Asuka trying to push Sky away from the likes of Rhea Ripley, Nikki Bella, and Stephanie Vaquer, which has caused rifts between the likes of ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ and Sky, the former Women’s World Champion. These altercations over the past few weeks may surely lead to something at WrestlePalooza, which takes place Saturday at 7 p.m. EST. It’s quite possible that Asuka and Sane interfere and cost Iyo the vacant Women’s World Championship in her match against ‘La Primera’ Stephanie Vaquer. However, if Sky wins the title, this sets up championship story opportunities with the likes of her “friends“, Askuka and Sane, turning on ‘The Genius of the Sky’ for her gold.

Will ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ Interfere?

We know this time around, Sky vs. Vaquer will be one of the best matches of 2025. No bells ringing because of disqualifications, but it’s possible that ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ interfere in this match because of what has occurred over the last several weeks. Sky has repeatedly told Asuka and Sane that she needs to handle things by herself, yet Asuka believes differently. Asuka is basically a full-fledged heel already, yet it may hit differently when we see Kairi Sane attack Sky. This past Monday on Raw, Sane was falling to her knees, crying, because of all the confrontations they’ve had in the past few weeks. If ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ cost Sky at WrestlePalooza, this will mean we’ll see ‘The Genius of the Sky’ face off against Askua and Sane without the title being on the line. Yet, this begs the question of who Vaquer will be feuding with for the Women’s World Championship after this matchup with Sky?

Sky Wins, ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ Turn Heel Afterwards

If Sky wins the Women’s World Championship with or without interference from ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ at the match during WrestlePalooza, it’s almost certain they’ll turn heel afterwards and start feuding with Sky for the title. A storyline between Asuka, Sane, and Sky could last a few months, potentially at Survivor Series or the end of 2025. With this storyline, ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ could revamp their careers as more than just a tag team, giving both solo opportunities as well. Will ‘The Kabuki Warriors’ interfere in this matchup at WrestlePalooza, or could we see them turn on their friend on the next episode of Monday Night Raw?
