Giants Rookie Quarterback’s Hot Start Makes Him a Fantasy Must-Stash

Drafting rookies may be questionable for many fantasy managers. Many great players were drafted during the 2025 NFL draft this year. Managers are not looking to draft all rookies, but the ones that already seem like they are going to make points go up. So far, one of those rookies has already been making strides. Jaxson Dart is already a great fantasy player to stash for this coming season. He showed everything that he can already do within the first preseason games that he has played in. 

Dart is already a big part of the Giants and is already considered to be the future of Big Blue in the starting quarterback role. He has thrown several touchdowns in the preseason and is proving to be a dual threat altogether for the Giants. Dart gives a high fantasy ceiling only because he has great rushing and playmaking abilities. He led in college without any issues and was able to provide an explosive and efficient performance with all of his plays. This rookie has already shown this playing in the preseason with the Giants. Also, being a running quarterback is a bonus to anyone who drafts him, putting the numbers up higher than expected. 

Darts development is also crucial and something that every fantasy manager should look into before they pick him up. He has only played for quarters in both of the preseason games that he has appeared in. However, he has scored touchdowns and created plays that the Giants have not seen in a while. At the moment, he also stands behind veteran Russell Wilson, who has already had an amazing career. However, there has been discussion that Dart will have the possibility to start later in the Giants' season. 

As of right now, with how Dart has done in the preseason with his stats, he is already considered to be a deep fantasy sleeper. He has gone for 40 completions out of 51 attempts, passed for 428 yards, scored 5 touchdowns, three passing and two that were rushing. Dart has a very low draft cost, but his resume is built for managers to really put thought into. He is definitely one to keep stashed for later in the season.
