Should ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ Win the 2026 Royal Rumble?

WWE

After getting face-to-face and putting his hands on Monday Night Raw general manager Adam Pearce, ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ Bron Breakker got indefinitely suspended during the January 13th episode in Düsseldorf, Germany. This leaves The Vision without its key member, making it intriguing to see what’s next for this group within the coming weeks on the road to the 2026 Royal Rumble in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While we can assume all we want, WWE wouldn’t be crazy enough to leave a huge superstar like Breakker out of the Rumble. So, if the former two-time Intercontinental Champion finds his way in this 30-man match, could he find a way to beat the odds and headline WrestleMania? The 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble already has some early favorites, such as Sami Zayn, LA Knight, and even someone who’s looking to win their second Rumble in Roman Reigns. However, since kicking Seth Rollins out of The Vision, Breakker has looked like a main-event player, and with coming up short in his WWE World Heavyweight Championship match against CM Punk on January 5th, during the first anniversary of Monday Night Raw being on Netflix, the 28-year-old is ready to bark back and be a World Champion.

With Breakker being indefinitely suspended, the big question is, how will the former two-time Intercontinental Champion even get into the Royal Rumble match? One possibility is that the rest of the members of The Vision will draw numbers for the 30-man match. Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, or Austin Theory could give ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ their number to get into the match. If the 28-year-old went into the Rumble even though he was suspended and won, this leaves Raw general manager Adam Pearce in a tricky predicament. Does he continue to let Breakker be suspended, or does he bring him back in order to see where the potential Rumble winner’s head lies? A Royal Rumble win could continue multiple storylines, with Pearce, Punk, or even Rollins for Breakker. He’s only going to be a force coming back, whether that’s before or after the Rumble, especially after being suspended. ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ is ready to make his name in Royal Rumble and WrestleMania history.

If Breakker wins the Royal Rumble in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, not only does he cement himself to headline WrestleMania, but he’ll put himself back in the main event picture after losing that championship match to Punk on January 5th. Does this set up a rematch with Punk, or will there be more to this potential future WrestleMania match? With the beef Rollins has with Punk and now Breakker, these rivalries could possibly set up a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XLII. We also haven’t seen the likes of Reigns or Brock Lesnar since Survivor Series: WarGames, one or even both men could somehow insert themselves into the match as well. There are various paths WWE can take for Breakker, leading to his first World Championship reign.

What if ‘The Unpredictable Badass’ doesn’t appear at the 2026 Royal Rumble? They could still set up any potential matches by having Breakker win the 2026 Elimination Chamber match in Chicago. This would still set up any possible storylines on Raw while allowing another superstar to take the spotlight as the Royal Rumble winner. Anything could happen, yet it will be interesting to see what direction WWE will go with Breakker. Especially if they make him the winner of the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match.
